SB62 - Castle Doctrine Bill Signed by Blunt

I have previously posted about Missouri's Senate Bill 62 - the "Castle Doctrine" bill that prevents persons who justifiably defend themselves in their home and vehicle from being criminally prosecuted or sued civilly.  To read more about this go to my criminal law blog at 'Castle Doctrine' Signed by Gov.
