    Good article however it has never been equal so I don't know where you are getting that piece of information from. Statitiscally, men have always gotten burned sharing everything they own while women do the things you mentioned above. Recently, my wife inherited some property from her mom that I do not share ownership yet I am expected to pay for taxes, insurance and maintenance. So I think I am go to apply some your tactics mentioned above.
